Gazprom ranks first in S&P Global Platts global power rating

MOSCOW, Sep 25 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has occupied the first position among top 250 global power companies of the S&P Global Platts rating, S&P said in a statement on Monday.

Gazprom has moved from the third position last year to replace ExxonMobil, which had been the leader for 12 consecutive years. German E.ON SE ranks second. Indian Reliance Industries Ltd. is number three.
